Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be voided.

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period — check these before accepting any offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned from bonus funds become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or systematically exploiting bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 345bet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In the event of any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 345bet will be final.

5.3 VIP Program

Based on regular play, members can advance through five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases at higher levels — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at the Diamond level. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Each market in any event has its own maximum and minimum bet limits.

7.1 Unauthorised Activities

• Deliberately exploiting the system through repeated deposit-withdrawal cycles.
